Terrahawks: Order to Recapture Earth Pamphlet - ENG Approximation [Yoshikazu Yasuhiko]

 As this is an approximation with translation, some parts of the illegible text could not be made out to translate. This is all 100% my effort, and some aspects have been generalized as some phrases do not make sense in relationship to what is trying to be said. This version is just as the other, though I have done additional typesetting to format the English that wouldn't fit onto the page itself. Otherwise, this is 1 for 1. The text itself must have been cut out and arranged with masking tape of some sort when xeroxed, as some parts are a bit visible. Some parts of the text were upscaled to gather more information.
